EVENT MANAGER – PRODUCTION & SUPPORT
Are you passionate about sports, running, and trail running? Do you love organizing, coordinating, and seeing your projects come to life in the field?
We are looking for an Event Manager to strengthen our French-speaking team!
You will participate in the organization of our sports events in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. You will manage your own projects, from preparation to on-site execution, while providing operational support to other Event Managers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, organize, and coordinate several sports events, mainly in running and trail running.
Follow up on authorizations and maintain contacts with local authorities, partners, and service providers.
Plan and coordinate logistical, material, and staffing needs.
Provide administrative and operational support to other Event Managers.
Actively contribute to the improvement of our working methods and internal processes.
Be present on the ground during approximately 10 event weekends per year, as a race manager or supporting the teams.
YOUR PROFILE
Relevant higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) and/or significant experience in event organization.
You are organized, rigorous, versatile, and have a sense of responsibility.
You enjoy teamwork, take initiative, and have good interpersonal skills.
You are flexible, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You are fluent in French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
You have a genuine interest in sports, particularly running and trail running.
